Drip pan

Thanks for the info! I wanted to try and patch the drip-pan first. The problem is, how do I get at it? I have an 04 Safari, and when I take off the inside cowling I can see the edge of the pan with the hose, but most of the pan is covered with a plate. Is it safe to unbolt the plate? There is no way to get at it topside.
Any help would be great. I already talked to the Dometic factory and Airstream, they couldn't help much.

It is a big hassle to get in to patch it, as much trouble as it is to get in and replace it. For the relatively small money involved, and the fact it is readily obtainable, I would recommend replacing it.

That's pretty young for a drip pan to fail...any idea what happened?

Moman, unless you can see the split from below, to repair or replace the tray you will need to lift the entire unit from the roof. Details of how to achieve this without a crane are here:
