A/C cover removal

any idea how to get cover off ? im sure (hoping) i need to change out the start capacitor. it looks like you drill the rivets, but my book says its one piece..

any thoughts?

Most have 4-6 screws right in top of the cover,take them out and the shroud should come off. Dave

if i dont find those screws.. its an "armstrong 14"

My Armstrong cover came off in about 30 seconds by taking off 4 screws right on top.
