'73 International with Hydroflame furnace with bad heat exchanger

I have been reading through the postings in regards to replacing furnaces but all the articles seem to be dealing with Suburban furnaces etc. The Hydroflame appears to already have been a replacement furnace. I could use some help in replacing this furnace since I do not feel comfortable welding the existing heat exchanger back up, if one spot is bad their could be others. I will try to post pictures but I'am not the greatest in getting pictures to go where I want them to be lol. It appears to me that the Hydroflame is one piece, what I mean is on the outside of the camper it looks like you remove the rubber strips off then drill out the rivets. After this is done check for screws on the inside of the cabinet in the camper and remove. Then simply pull the whole unit out from the outside? Is there a replacement for this style of furnace? My camper looks great I think for its age especially since it has been mostly polished recently and I would hate to ruin that with a bad job.

Thanks in advance for any and all help and have a great day.

And some more pictures hopefully. I have one more question, does anyone recognize the silver container in the one picture?

Thanks again!

Removing odd furnace.

I looked through the postings again and I feel a bit on the stupid side when I figured out the silver container is a filter. I still have not found any postings regarding the kind of furnace I appear to have in my camper. Advice on removing and replacing it would be great. I did post pictures of the outside and inside of the furnace.

Thanks again for any help and have a great day.

The hydroflame company was purchased by Atwood. I believe that current production furnaces still bear the "hydroflame" trademark.

Check the "Everest" furnaces as they might most closely fit the existing cutout.
