'71 Armstrong question

The original Armstrong airconditioner on our 71 Safari works well. However, lately when we have run it for several hours, it starts to squeal. Like a bearing or something. Any idea what is causing this and how to fix it?
Thanks

Very simple, when it starts to squeal go up on the roof and with the covers off the A/C unit take either a a long piece of hose, wood or a stethoscope used by car guys to listen to the fan motor, A/C compressor, etc.. to see where the noise is coming from and replace the bearing or part that is bad.

The fan motor needs oiling.
