58 26' overlander

my 58 has a big vent hole over the front of the trailer at the door. Did the 58 come with air or is this just for a retractible vent cover. Also where does the 12 volt lines run? Do they come in from the underside of the trailer with the running lights and the brake lights?

Do you have a battery box on the front just below the window? Your Airstream probably does not have much of a 12VDC system.

It' called an Airstream Astradome.

Steve,

That vent is called an "Astrodome", like the place that was in Houston.

They are available in milk white which lets in a whitish light, solar gray which lets in a subdued light, and fiberglass, which lets in no light.
