2017 FC Furnace Stop Working

Furnace was working before in our 2017 27' FB FC. Search thru the forums and found things to check. We have two AC units. Furnace control is on zone 2. Below is what I checked this morning when outside temp. is the low 60s, and trailer is connected to shore power.

1. Make sure control temp. setting is above indoor temp.
2. Propane is not empty - able to light stove, a constant blue flame.
3. 12V fuse for furnace is good. Checked with a DVM at fuse panel. Voltage measured is at 13.1V
4. Zone 2's HP is able to start - thermostat should be good.
5. Put Zone 2 in auto mode. It kicked in HP but not furnace
6. Powering off and on thermostat control, go to FURN mode - no go.

Next I tried to open the furnace panel outside the trailer to check wiring and sail switch. But I am not able to open the furnace panel after removing the 5 screws and the 4 screws that secure the hot air exhaust, . I tried to pry open with a flat head screw driver but it will not open. I must not be doing it right here. How should the furnace panel be opened?

BTW, two weeks ago I upgraded the stock 55A converter/charger to a PD9200 series. All equipment work after upgrade. Since I had to disconnect the battery and shore power for the upgrade, is there a reset switch I need to press to restart the furnace? If so where is the reset switch located?

Heading to Pinnacle this weekend. Temp. going to drop to low 40s. Hopefully the furnace is a simple fix. If not, will have to bring a space heater and more covers since HP will not work when outside temp. is too low.

Heat pump is on a separate zone than the furnance...also I found the clock settings have to match the time you want the Furnance to run. I didn't notice at first when I woke up at 5 am cold that my wall controller said 5pm. Give it a try, good luck. I never got a manual so I've adlib it...its not an intuitive system...lol or I am not.

Read previous postings. A few folks suggested to reset the thermostat controller.

Good news! This morning I performed a system reset on the Domestic thermostat controller and it got the furnace to work. The procedure for a system reset is as followed:

1. Press the power button to turn off the Domestic thermostat controller.
2. Press both the zone and mode buttons at the same time until "Init" is displayed.
3. Release both zone and mode buttons.
3. Press the power button to turn off the Domestic thermostat controller.
4. Press the power button again to turn on the Domestic thermostat controller.
5. Go to zone2, FURN mode, and the furnace kicks in within 20 seconds.

DTOURS, thanks for your suggestion. In my case (with 2 AC units), the FURN option is shared with the AC unit under zone2.
