Lightbulb 2014 FC27FB FURN blows cold, no heat

Help! My FURN was working just fine. The other day a mobile Propane guy filled my tanks and it hasn’t worked since. All other gas appliances work perfectly. I’ve bled the tanks, restarted many, many times and the blower will come on for 5-10 seconds and go off. No heat. I’ve reset and reprogrammed the thermostat. In an rv park and need to leave tomorrow. No one is able to come out or get me in for days... ideas💡👀? Thank you. Wanda.

Wiggle, extract and reinsert the power cable at the control module. Worked for me once. Jim

The white connector on the left and maybe the switch connectors on the right.

Turn off the Use/Store switch and unplug shore power BEFORE getting in there, in the interest of safety...

I would try unplugging the wiring connectors in the outside furnace box one at at time and plug them back in, moving them in and out several times on the connection pin. Your problem could be caused by some corrosion or dirt on one or more of the connectors.

I have never had this occur with my furnace, but it has always been a good fix for getting my gas water heater to light.

No heat

Had the exact same thing happen with our furnace in our 2015 25'FC. The problem turned out to be a thing called the Sail switch that went bad. Was in Ohio so we stopped at Jackson Center and they replaced it. The fan would turn on for 15 sec or so then turn off with no heat coming out. Hope you get yours fixed soon.

I was at an RV park for a week. The furnace worked fine for three days. On day 4 the furnace had the same problem you described. I used the heat pump on the air conditioner for heat the remaining days. Figured to check out the problem when I got home. When we got home the furnace was working again. I think now my problem may be electrical.

Look at the picture , or your circuit board , there is an LED , it may flash trouble codes - count how many times if flashes , if there are enough codes to have more than one digit , there will be a pause and another number of flashes = 1 flash - pause , 4 flashes = 14
I do not know if Airstream has fixed an old issue - putting a screen on the intake / exhaust ports - so that bugs do not get into / and make a nest blocking the sail switch from moving , use a course [ but small enough to keep bugs out ] metal screen under the flange on the outside .

Replace the sail switch in the furnace. It lives in a dirty environment. Function of sail switch: informs the burner that the fan is operating. The sail switch is located in the fan housing.

The blower has to come on first to ensure there is air to cool the combustion chamber. The airflow typically deflects an air sail switch which then lets power go to the gas valve and after a few seconds open the gas valve with the igniter already clicking to create the fire ball.

So the fan running points inspection to the gas valve and safety circuitry. However, I have had to cycle the unit quite a few times to purge the air out after work on the tanks or any other appliances.

A gas company employee could loosen the gas line fitting at the furnace control to be sure the gas is reaching the backend of the trailer.
