1968 airconditioner help

My ac works however the fan will not start unless I spin it with my hand to start it. Then everything works fine. I have attached photos of the motor and inside the electrical box. I have no clue of which one is the startup box.

Lube the motor.

If that does not fix it, then one of the condensers is weak or bad all together.

Was the fan start up condenser. Found an old one at an a/c shop they gave it to me for free.
