Wall oven need venting??

Have a 74 that came with range but was missing the separate wall oven which i just picked up from a part out. My question is should the oven vent exhaust out the roof? It looks like theres a vent on the exterior above the oven space but inside i see no old vent hole hook up... Also dont see a vent in the oven???
