Switching out a microwave

I am buying a new microwave and wondered if they are easy to install...this would be a Sharp r820bk into a 1994 34 foot excella wooden cabinet...is it a simple plug in install?........

I just pulled my microwave and you simply remove the two screws on the top cover plate and the two screws underneath that hold the oven to the cabinet. You can then lift the microwave out and unplug it from the back wall. There's quite a bit of cord in there.
