Stove Hood Lights Burned Out

Hi All,

Been awhile since I've been on here but all going well approaching 1.5 years full-timing. In Charleston now.

Just a basic question on replacing the stove hood lights…they've both blown and now I need to replace which I've never done before. They're halogen and I like the light they give off and would like to replace with the same.

Anybody have any idea what kind of bulbs I need and how to do it? You can tell I'm not handy right!?

I have a 2013 International Signature.

Thanks in advance for your advice…you've always been there for me!

John

To change to LEDs that will last longer, Contact Dan at LEDs 4, Recreational Vehicles He'll know what you need to get the same look.

They are very easy to swap out. Also see this thread:

Your manual should tell you what they are. GU10' are commonly used in hood vents and might be what you have. They are removed by pushing up and rotating clockwise to release the two prongs. Be sure to replace with the same wattage to achieve the same look you're used to.
