Speaking of Magic Chef ovens...

been meaning to ask...my stove top seems to work just fine and all, but I'm not pleased with the height of the burner flame. I looked through the service manual for my trailer, which does have lots of info on the ovens...but mentioned nothing about adjusting the burners. (other than proper mixture; nothing about height adjustment). I'm wondering if this is just normal, "best you can do"...or is there somewhere to crank it up a bit. takes a good long while to boil water with these low flames.....

That looks like a pretty good flame. When you have a tea kettle on, it should cover the whole bottom. I looked at ours and the flame looks about the same.

Yup, looks just like ours. Pretty blue flame.
You sure the water is ok?

Thumbs up Oven Gasket adhesive?

I'd agree on burners, and hope to change subject slightly, since new posting still not exactly enabled...

Our rubber gasket around oven door has separated, and swings in the breeze when door opened...

Any suggestions for high temp adhesive to reattach the door gasket?

Thanks..
