We are in the process of doing some interior refurbishing on our 1968 Safari 22. We like the original Magic Chef range and are looking for a shop that does quality restorations on these ranges. Any suggestions? We are located in So Cal.
I actually have a magic chef three burner stove and oven that I removed from my 1969 Caravelle. It is still in really good shape. In fact it looks like the oven was never even used once. I know I never used it in the 10 years I had it installed. It is beige in color and as far as I can see there is only one slight blemish on one side of the stove top. It does not have a top cover to it. I would gladly sell it to you cheap, but if you can figure out a good way to get it from Ohio to Southern California Then there you go.
