Replacement cooktop

I found a new 2 burner cooktop with cover on ebay for $47.00 + shipping.

We don't currently have or really ever use a gas one, we have a microwave.

But i was thinking of buying one, just to have it available. I have room in my counter top for one like this one on ebay, it measures about 18" x 13". Anyone have experience with something like this?

The ebay listing is gone. I've used various, portable, electric ones, but not gas. The electric ones have been fine.

I've seen some portable, two-burner propane ones at the imported-goods, grocery stores, and wondered about their reliability. Seems a good idea to have one, anyway, in case of power outages at home.

I think your link had troublefor some reason. This link works, I tested it. Here it is:

Looks like a good deal. We use our original cooktop (4 burner) all the time, but never use more than 2 burners at once.

Must have been the link. It worked now. That looks nice! Once in a great while, I use three burners, but two would suffice.

I, too, think that is a good price.

2 Burner

I have also been looking at that cooktop,I have a 13' U-haul camper that came with a 2 burner, just need to make sure it will cover my cutout. That`s the least expensive I could find, and I think it looks pretty good. Dave
