Refrigerator & stove suggestions

We have a 76 airstream witht he original regrigerator and oven.
Fridge is going out and the oven needs to be replaced. What do y'all recommend to look at as well as stay away from in thinking about these items?

Almost ten years ago, I had a new Dometic Americana 3-Way refrigerator installed in my Overlander. This refrigerator has been a marvel of reliability and dependability. I always travel with the LP off, so the 12-volt mode has seen plenty of use and it reliably maintains the same temperature as the LP mode. My installer did have to run a heavy supply line from the 12-volt distribution panel. Given my experience with the Overlander, I have no question about which refrigerator will be going into my Minuet when its original Dometic refrigerator fails -- it will be a Dometic Americana 3-Way unit.

I have been very fortunate with the ranges in my coaches. The original ranges in the Overlander and Minuet continue to perform flawlessly so I haven't had to approach the question of range replacement.
