Yes, the incomplete ovenettes go for much less. Just be sure to get an intact base and cover with a thermostat.
Take a look at my ovenette post in the Stella's Kitchen section. My last post was on substitute replacement pans that can be purchased quite reasonably.
I actually purchased the anodized pan although I have the original meat pan. I find the new anodized pan superior to the original since it does not react with acidic ingredients. I also find the silicone cupcake cups easier to use and clean than the original aluminum cupcake pans.
