Your first post suggested that the thermostat was working, because the burner went off when the oven reached the set temperature. Suggest you check everything you took apart when you blew the obstruction out of the pilot light. Something may have remained disconnected, or might have moved out of its correct location.

I know when I work on something, I often cause something while I'm trying to fix something else. I'm just clumsy, I guess.

This is the same problem I'm having with my oven! Let me know how it goes, I need to get mine working as well!
