Oven installation suggestions?

We have an 01 30 S/O Classic that came with the Maytag cooktop and the convection oven / microwave. My wife would love to have a regular oven again in addition to the microwave. Has anyone installed the factory option oven in place of these three drawers? Im sure the gas line is accessable but what about the woodwork? I would have to remove all the drawer supports etc. Has anyone had any experience with this conversion? What model range would you suggest? Obviously the cooktop comes out and maybe it will become a bit clearer with that out of the way.. not sure.
