new range/oven

I'm a new owner of a 78 Argosy 6.7 Metre........hurray! We've been cleaning, fixing , and replacing things. Unfortunately, the stove/oven reeks of mouse pee and with the corroded top (actually under the burners) I don't think I can get rid of the smell. It's also inside the stove.

What ideas has anyone come up with to remedy this situation?

Also, where's the best place to buy a stove/oven should we decide to replace it?
