Thumbs down Magic Chef Stovetop Model name/number for 1971 Overlander?

I am trying to find the name and/or model number for our original Magic Chef cooktop in our "new" 1971 Overlander. I looked on the cooktop itself, and also in both the trailer user's and service manuals to no avail. I am trying to decide whether to clean or try to replace it...

It is hard to read but it appears that the model number on my 1970 Overlander is T-44. If anyone needs it or parts they can PM me. I am replacing mine because I found one fairly reasonable on Ebay. It was being sold by Airstream Inc. because it had a slight scratch in the stainless steel top.

Magic Chef cooktop

Thanks! I am curious- does the stove you bought on EBAY fit the cutout- or are you redoing the countertop?

No because the new cooktop has the knobs on the front instead of on top like the old one. But I am rebuilding all my cabinets anyway.

Here is a picture of the cooktop that I took out of mine. If you or anyone else has a need for it or parts you can PM me.

The flat piece for under the knobs is a handmade piece of galvanized metal.

Stove top

A picture really is worth a thousand words! Your cooktop is actually slightly different than mine. Mine does not have removable or separate burner pans- and the knobs are slightly different too than mine. I really appreciate you sharing that photo with me. Will get back to you about parts.
