Looks like a standard RV style LP range. You can try Camping World, or any other supplier of RV parts, just don't tell them it goes in an Airstream...

I ordered a new handle for my majic chef from Maytag who now owns magic chef. Go to the Maytag website or search magic chef and it should give you the site. You put in your model number found on the bottum of the burner box beneath the stove top. and they show you a diagram with all the replacement numbers The handle is number 18. I looked up the part and got the order number and ordered it directly from Maytay web site. It was $19.99 and shipping wasn't bad. Good luck.
