Magic Chef Oven Setting - '83

Hello,

I tried a quick search on the forums here and did not quite find what I was looking for. Our new (to us) '83 Sovereign has a Magic Chef oven that appears to work just fine, but the temp settings are way off from what an oven thermometer reads. In other words, when I set the oven to 350, it appears to stop and hold at about 220. I know there is an adjustment screw somewhere behind the oven knob, but I'd like a tip on which one would control the oven temp setting. I have a user's manual, but it does not cover temp settings.
