Magic Chef gas regulator valve

I had my LP system inspected and all was well except the stove/oven. The tech informed me that the stoves regulator valve was kaput and that they were unable to get e new one as the stove is too old. I dug through my pile of papers I got from the previous PO and I was only able to locate the limited warranty, nothing else. I took the stove top apart and I found the gas line hooks up to a valve that is attached to what appears to be a manifold that runs along the front of the stove top. Each burner is attached to this manifold and has its own valve. I looked every where and I couldn't locate a model number. Is this regulator/valve a standard part? Does anyone know where the model number might be hiding? I would appreciate any guidance...

Regards,

Reganzo

Your tech may be trying to sell you a new stove. I have a 1959 Princess stove with a stuck thermostat and I found four places that rebuild or sell new thermostats.

Try Stoveparts.net

Your part will be different, just scrounge around on their website.
