How to replace convection with stove

We have a 2000 30' excella with a convection/microwave (Sharp). We would like to exchange or buy a standard propane oven and replace the Sharp. Has anyone done this and do they have pictures or suggestions ?

Steve,
I did it.but I took it to the factory and told them to do it. There was a significant amount of cabinetry work. That was most of the cost. The cost was around $1200. The oven/cooktop was about $400.
