Thumbs up Grate Clips for Stove -- Stop the Rattle!

Here's a quick fix that's worth mentioning.

The stove grates on my '72 would rattle very loudly going down the road and were wearing the black coating off as a result... Not to mention making noise when closing the door, etc.

There are little clips you can buy to hold the burners down so they don't rattle. The clips also keep the burners from falling off when you lift the stove-top to turn on the gas or light the pilot light. They attach by spring action and it took about 2' to install all 8 which come in the package.

Here's a picture and description of the item. I purchased these from the Airstream Store in Jackson Center.

Cool idea, I think I can make those. Once my grates are powder coated I was wondering how I could keep them looking new. Thanks for the idea.
