Glass Cook Top and Convection Oven

I am currently renovating my airstream to not have gas and run completely on electricity. As such I have decided to go with a two burner electric glass stovetop and a convection oven. Was wondering if anyone on here has done anything similar? Also does anyone know if it is possible to do a built in convection oven or if I would have to worry about overheating? Appreciate any advice you can give. Thanks!

We have been using a convection microwave and induction hot plates with no complaints. We like that we can prep the food and break out the hot plates to cook. Put the hot plates away and have ample room for clean up. The old gas cook top took up a lot of counter space.

Here is what we are using http://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B00133...561593-4646160
