1979 Magic Chef - Pilot will not light

As the title says, I cannot get the pilot on the oven on my '79 Magic Chef to light. I turn the knob from "Pilots Off" to "Off" and put a lighter to it, nothing. Ive even tried holding the knob in, if that even does anything. The stove pilot works just fine, once its lit the burners fire up no problem. But the oven, not so good.
Any tips would be greatly appreciated.

Turn your oven knob to 350* or higher. Now light your pilot.

Make sure your burners do light. Shut them off. Then do your oven
The off on the knob is when your finished baking and don't want to shut down your oven like you would if your packing up and heading out.

perhaps a silly question, but have you turned the oven on to say, 200 degrees and then tried to light it? Does it work then? I can't say I've ever tried to light my 78 without turning the oven on first. AFTER it's lit, I can turn it off and the pilot will remain lit no problems.

Ok, tried lighting the pilot at various temperatures all the way up to broil. Nothing. The pilot doesnt look to be clogged. I dont really seem to smell any gas either. The oven looks like it may have been used only a handful of times in its life.

Do you have one of those keyboard cleaner type cans of compressed air? Perhaps that could be used to shoot air into the pipe... maybe something's clogging it?

Probably best to do it by unhooking the propane tube from the back and shooting it from there rather than risk blowing whatever may be blocked further into the tubing.

We have a 1980 Magic Chef (though I don't know the model # offhand) and I am not able to get either the oven pilot or the stove top to light. The instructions talk about lighting the oven pilot and the stove pilot (if so equipped) but I don't know how to determine if my stove top 'is so equipped'. Is the stove pilot where all four of the burner tubes come together?

Is it best to light the oven, then the stove? I tried lighting the stove at the burners, but no luck.

When I tried lighting the oven, I did not try turning the temp up as suggested elsewhere, but will try that tonight. Sorry for the terrible oven photo - it is a small space and I'll have to try using my phone for another shot as I couldn't find my camera in well enough for a better photo.

Our trailer was unused for close to 10 years by the PO. We replaced the tanks and regulator, so there could be air in the lines, but I thought one or the other should have lit.
