Works Great On Electric But Not Gas

We have a 28' 2000 Excella trailer. Our refrigerator was running fine but on our way to New Mexico in June it stopped cooling on gas. The panel on the refrigerator indicates that we are running on gas it isn't cooling. The "Check" light isn't coming on so the refrigerator thinks it's doing the job. It works fine when we are plugged in to 20 or 30 amp service so I don't believe that it's a coolant issue.

It was hovering around a 100 most of the trip so I thought the heat might have been the problem. In our travels this fall temperatures were in the 60's and 70's when we were on the road and we still had the problem.

Has anyone run into this problem? Is the only solution moving perishables to an ice chest when traveling? That was our solution after loosing a lot of food.

Make sure your LPG pressure is between 11 and 13 inches of water column pressure.

Clean the burner orifice.

Then make sure the air adjustment is correct.

That should do it, since that's all that can be done, assuming the thermostat is ok.
