Which Dometic Fridge Fits 76 Soverign?

I have a 76 Sovereign 31 Footer stored at a distant location.
I've found several Dometic take out fridges that work better than mine.
What size is the OEM fridge?
What was the midel# of the OEM fridge?
Which other model fridge will fit the old opening without carpentry destruction?

You have a 6 cubic foot fridge now, a Dometic 2625 is closest to what is in there (also 6 cu ft). We replaced our OEM fridge with one, and the only difference was the new one was not as tall. This was remedied with a couple of 2x4's on the bottom, and a piece of paneling to cover them. We've had many visitors in our trailer, and no one notices the spacer on the bottom until it's pointed out to them. The next larger fridge is an 8 cu ft, and would require major surgery to make it fit.

How tall is the opening in the cabinet work?

I know my existing unit is about 24 In width, and I have 24 in deep front to back on the unit, what I'm needing to know is the heigth of the opening from floor to bottom side of cabinetry.
Getting this info will save me a 89 mile round trip.
Thanks for your encouragement.

I mistyped above, it's a 2652, not 2625. Old fridge was almost 56" tall, the new one is just over 53" tall. The 8 foot fridge is about 2" too tall for the opening.

As you can tell, I've "been there, done that, bought the tee-shirt".
