What are these wires?

There are some wires running down the refrigerator's vent shoot and I'm not sure what they are for. Possibly for a fan?

Not sure what they're for. Those are the colors for the exterior lights on my trailer . . . right signal/stop, left signal/stop, tail/clearance, and back up. If your exterior lights don't work, that's gonna be a HUGE clue. Guess I might look in the service manual. If the service manual doesn't show the wires, I might first check them with a jumper light to see if they're hot. If they're not, I might power them up with a low power battery charger and see what comes on.

I can check with a multi-meter to see if they're shorted to the frame.

Gary

Eastern South Dakota is very pretty with hills, rivers, and trees.

Still waiting for the service manual to arrive. Lights are all working. Thanks Gary, I guess I'll have to do some investigating as you say if no one knows off-hand.

Thermostat wires for the Air COnditioner in mine runs behind the fridge and is mounted on the wall to the right of the fridge. I seem to recall it being a 4 wire config.

Good question. Check out the photos in http://www.airforums.com/forums/f425...aes-44474.html for the mystery wires under my fridge.

We have the same thing, although ours has a connector in the storage unit above the fridge -- same colors and it connects to the ac thermostat that is mounted on the wall next to the fridge.

Interesting, and yours are a different color combo. From what I understand, AS come with pre-wiring for some things? This one doesn't have A/C, wonder if it could be wiring for an AC thermostat.
