Switch above fire extinguisher for fan?

Hey all,

Just purchased new 19' Bambi and forgot to ask dealer about switch near entry door directly above fire extinguisher. Does anyone know if this is, in fact, the fan switch for the fridge? The owner's manual says nada about it. Figured I'd find someone in the forums that has the answer, before showing my complete ignorance and calling the dealer or Airstream.

Thanks in advance,

Sandy

When you flip it does anything go on or off? Interior/exterior lights, fans, etc.

switch above fire ext.

It is for the refrigerator fan. Once turned on, I believe it will only actuate above a certain temp.

Thanks everyone for your prompt responses. The switch does nothing but light when on, but we haven't camped yet to run the fridge for any significant length of time. Will test to see at what temp the fan is activated. Guess it's supposed to be turned on whenever we actively use the fridge?
