Removal of refrigerator

I have a 1976 Argosy, 28 ft, center bath. The dometic, Model R100 refrigerator has quit cooling. Everthings seems to work but it does not get cool enough. What is the likely hood of cleaning and it will cool again?

I am considering replacement with an electric 110V refrigerator from Sears or Lows.
How do I remove the R100. Must I remove the cabinets or the paneling before the refigerator is removed?
