Help! Anybody know the answer to the most common problem for the fridge to shut completely down?? We've taken her camping many times and fridge and freezer worked great.We could keep ice cream in the freezer. Pulled it home from a long weekend and the fridge never made another sound or cooled at all. We took it out of the camper and tried to (burp) it but still nothing, what a pain.! No yellow residue on the back to indicate a leak and no ammonia smell. Its as if there is no power going to it. The power outlets are good. Never tried to run it on gas or 12v because we were always around power. Could it possible be the relay switch??

I would try it on gas. It could be that the 110v heating element has gone south.

You can disconnect the heating element and check it for continuity with an ohm meter. It could be burned out.
