Question Refrigerator questions for a AS 310.

Hi All;
I checked the wiring diagram and there should be an A.C. receptacle for the frig but darn if I can find it. I sure would appreciate it if some one would point me in the right direction.
My second question is a little bit harder. Given on an older Dometic frig (RM1303) the only thing that a red LED means is that it failed to relight. I canít make the gas burner igniter malfunction by switching between AC and gas, turning the gas on and off, or taking the thermostat lead on and off. It always lights on the first or second spark and the LED stays green. If I leave it alone for several hours the red LED will be on when I come back to check it. I have never seen it fail so Iím not sure what the failure mood is. Has anyone seen this problem before?

Give me 40 acres and I'll turn this rig around.

think I remember

there is a receptacle in the far left back corner as I remember, looking in from the out side(backside) of the unit, in the access door.

As far as the red light, is it blinking? If so that means the pilot light has gone out.

I will be working on my 310 tomorrow and try to get you more exact info on that receptacle...mine is a 1303 also and maybe they are wired alike even though a different

Download the service manuals

You can download the service manuals for the older Dometics at:

This link was posted for me by another member when I was troubleshooting my fridge. Invaluable reference with step by step diagnostic procedures.

Thanks for the input. I think I found the AC outlet. It is behind the tall cabinet-type drawer beside the frig. The frig may never have been plugged in. I think that because the PO had bent the outside cover so that the frig AC cord would plug into the outside outlet with the cover closed.
On to the cooling problem: the red light is not blinking. I would guess that the problem is the controller board, but I hate to replace it on a guess.
