Allen:

In the outside access hatch for the rear of the 'fridge there should be a 110 volt receptical...just like in a house.

This should be just above the hatch or just to the side of it (inside the compartment), Make sure the 110 volt plug for the refrigerator is plugged into the receptical. While you're in there, (the outside access hatch for the 'fridge), plug a lamp or appliance (such as a drill or hair dryer) into the receptical where the 'fridge is supposed to be plugged in to make sure that 110 volts is actually getting to the receptical.

Remember, you HAVE to have both 12 volts and 110 volts going to the unit at the same time in order for it to work properly.

Let the Forum know what you find.
