Refer electrical question

When I bought my 91, the Dometic refer igniter (white plastic model 679) was fried. Advice was to replace it and verify that 12V is present on one of the terminals. Problem: I don't get 12V directly off any of the 679 terminals but there is 12V coming into the terminal block red wire. Is that the 12V I'm looking for or should I get 12v out of one of the 679 terminals? And, if not, what to check next? Thanks

If the red block wire is 12 volt DC it shouild work as long as the 12 volt wire is the correct size for the refer like #4.

OK, so I replaced the igniter (reigniter) and purged the gas line (turned on stove) and tried to start the refer on LP several times. Won't start. Any suggestions? Thanks
