New Fridge, Old Fridge Vent

I am replacing my small original domestic with a new Norcold 6 cu.ft.
The fridge fits, space is not the issue. Except at the bottom. The new fridge base covers the in floor ventilation. So I probably need to replace the access door with a vented door. Is there such a thing? Or will I have to get one custom made? It's a '74 Safari. Any suggestions?
