Hi Dave, I have no idea what brand of fridge is best. This chart HERE may help you find a replacement.

Fridge replacement on 72 Tradewind

Just got a new Dometic RM2451 for my 72 for $600.

I'm in the process of installing, it's just a little different in size but hopefully I can shoehorn it in.

You probably won't find an exact replacement fit. As an alternative you can have the old one rebuilt. There are pros and cons you can find in old threads in the Forums

RichHog,
I bought the same fridge for my 73. It was alittle taller, and I had to reconfigure my entire cabinet area. I took the opportunity to have the counter tops remade since I had them out anyway. I had to shorten the face on the cabinet that sits on top of the counter by 3/4" to make room for the new fridge. It sounds like a lot of work, but it wasnt tooo bad. about a 4 hour job total. And it looks awesome! Anyway hope this helps. Dave
