Magical refrigerator

We are hooked up to 120 ac and our refer has decided to turn itself off and on at whim. Sometimes it will switch from ac to gas then off. Other times it will go straight to off. If I turn it off and wait 10 seconds and turn it back on it will go to gas for awhile then to ac or to off. Both batteries are putting out 12.6 volts and the ac is a steady 120 + volts. Do you think the board up there in the eyebrow is going bad. Or are "spooks" doing all this. Maybe I should call ghost hunters. It worked all winter just fine and started acting up as soon as the weather warmed up. Anyone know what a new board part would cost?...
