Help fridge problem

I just stopped for the night and either myself of the kids left the fridge door not latched and it was on the floor of the trailer.

Now it won't turn back on....

Will it reset it self and start working Or am I screwed...

Shut the reefer off.

Leave it off for at least one full day.

With the reefer still off, tow the trailer about 20 to 25 miles, making many stops as well as turning several corners.

Then when you get back home, I assume your home now, let the trailer rest for a half day or so.

Then fire up the reefer. It should now cool properly.

If it still refuses to cool, then it bit the bullet.

Sometimes, we pay dearly for some of our tiny mistakes, especially when we reach that "senior" plateau.

Good luck with the attempt to revive the departed reefer cooling.

You might also make sure the burner and oriface is very clean, as well as the reefer flue.

I would suggest you do that before the other approaches to restoring the cooling.

If the refer panel lights are all off, check the 12 volt fuses.
