Hanging stuff on the fridge

Well to make my trailer a little more like home, I wanted to hang a calendar on the fridge door. Simple right? Just get a fridge magnet and the job is done. Well to my dismay the doors must be made of aluminum on my old Dometic. How do you guys hang stuff on the fridge, or do you?

if it is lightweight enough, what about the stuff you put up posters with. or better yet, what about those plastic hooks you can get that you pull down to activate the glue and can get off by re-pulling the bottom of them? i forget the name of them, so if anybody knows maybe you could say. i will try to look it up when i get to the store. anyway, they hold quite a bit of weight and i'll bet they would work great! good luck!

Might not be bad on certain finishes, but on the '04, they started to put the alum skin panels on the door, lookin' like a CCD. I admit though I do Walbernize it too!

well, see i'm learning something also. thanks! i'll bet it looks beautiful after you walbernize it! is there something else that would make it look homier? maybe it might be a better idea if there is someplace else that would work out for hanging the calendar? again, good luck!

Those hooks are 3M Command Adhesive strips and hooks. Installs much like double face tape but releases when you pull the tab straight down about 6 inches without leaving any marks or residues. Are those the ones? I love and use them on the walls in the Airstream and there is a 3M velcro type as well that I use for the back of pictures.

Shines purdy good.....I also have to admit I also Walbernize the backspash by the stove and the alum trim up front by the couch...if I had a CCD, I'd really be in for it....wash and Walbernize the outside, then do the inside!

If you do it, open all the windows, roof vents and fire up the fantastic vents. There are fumes that the super seal gives off. After you are done, let it air out for a few hours and when you return, it'll be pretty shiney, but for sure, don't do it with the unit fully closed up...it should be fully open with good airflow when doing it, with several hours of the same airflow to blow out any additional residual fumes after yer done.

Last thing I want to do is allow my excessive compulsiveness lead to someone going four paws up doing this!
