Fridge is acting up

I'm open to some ideas here. Had the AS plugged overnight with the fridge on Auto. Got to it today and it was at 38 I think. It was definitely working.

We had to make a long stop at a friends on the way here so from 11am to 8pm it ran on LP. It looked to make the switch over when I killed the power before I left. I got to the campsite at 7 and my fridge was at 57 degrees. Obviously it isn't cooling. So I got it plugged into shore power, made sure it was on Auto. Looks to be working by its not cooling off. It's up to 60 now. It's been on shore power for about and hour and a half. It's not dropping.

Any advice?

Never mind. I just found that my wife put a hot baked chicken in the fridge before we left the house. It has dropped to 58 now. At least it's on the way down.
