Fridge ID, how do I know what I got?

I am trying to figure out what Dometic Fridge I have in my trailer so I can order a door latch for it. I think it is an RM100 but there is nothing that says what it is on the front or back of the fridge that I can see. This is in an 81 Excella II.

There should be a tag inside the door. Newer models just have a stick-on tag with the info on it, the older ones have a tag riveted in place near the bottom, just under the door. I've looked for, and missed seeing, that tag.
I'll do a little research tomorrow, if nobody else has come up with an answer before then.

Perry,
I just had a '79 Ambassador in the shop that had an RM 100. It had the stamped riveted tag on it as Terry described. The door latch was a piece of plastic about 1.5" wide with a wide wedge on the end. Any pics?
You can also check PPL motorhomes online parts catalog. They have all models and diagrams of each here. InvalidBrowser
