Have you checked the vent system for the refer? It sounds like the heat generated is not being dissipated effectively. That may explain why it seems to operate better when the ambient temp is around 50 degrees.

Does it work well when not in the trailer? My does not have fans and it works fine. The fridge freezes water.

Sounds like you've covered normal steps. IF, big If, the freezer will reach and hold 25 or less try this when its up and running with a cold freezer. After dark put a flashlight in the fridge, shut the door, look for light around the seal. Give it a couple hours, check again. I had one once with the same symptoms. The door closed and sealed but when the interior started to cool the magnetic seal would separate from the case just a bit on the bottom.

From your description, it is most likely that your cooling unit is kaput. It is not necessary for there to be leak to get the symptom of cold freezer and warm reefer. There is a powdered rust inhibitor in the ammonia solution that has percipitated out as crystals and they block the lower passages. You can get it running for a short period but it will continue to fail once this cycle starts.

You can replace the cooling unit yourself if you are comfortable with DIY ($350-400), have it rebuilt, or buy a new refrigerator. The cost of a rebuild by someone else can be pretty steep due to the time involved.

Its not hard, just tedious. Search YouTube and find a clip that shows the steps.

I did not think it was tedious. Just take your time and put the ignitor and other parts from the old to the new. The hard part was getting the fridge out of the trailer so I could work on it. The switch only took about 2 hours going very slow to be sure I did it right. Works great now. Rvcooling wearhouse www.rvcoolingunit.net has good support and videos to show how it is done as well. Dont be surprised that www.rvcoolingunit.com is the same company. I purchased from them and would do it again if I needed to. Lets hope it continues to work for many more years. It sure was cheaper than a new one.

Probably a good idea to search on Youtube for "replace RV fridge cooling unit" or a variation on that.

The more you watch, the more comfortable you'll get with doing it and the more tips you will learn.
