Dometic RM100 Fridge

Has anybody out there ever installed new door seals on their fridge door? We have changed door seals on many other refrigerators and have looked for the screws under the old gasket where our Airstream manual said they would be, but still cannot find any screws. There is a copper colored metal frame where the screws should be, but lo and behold no screws. How do we get the old gasket off and replace with a new one? Called Dometic and Camping World (where we purchased it) and nobody could or would help us. Really would appreciate advice from anyone out there.
