Dometic RM 760 - is it possible to, refurb this?

Hi All, I bought an airstream that had this Dometic RM760 Refrigerator in it. I've plugged it in overnight, but it was silent and temperature did not change.

I'm somewhat mechanically inclined, but know nothing about repairing ammonia refrigeration units.

Are these worth refurbishing? If no, does anyone want or need it, or parts from it?

Any advice is appreciated. I don't know where to begin with this.

Thanks! Tim

Have you tried running it on gas? The element on the electric side may be bad.
You will need a regulator to run it on gas.
Ammonia refers make no noise other than the sound of the burner. They take quite a long time to cool down. 12 to 24 hours.
