Dometic RM 2510 problems

We have a 6 year old Dometic RM2510 that has a working freezer but the refrig part doesn't get cool at all.
Both in 110v and propane mode, the freezer is 15-20* but the rest is 60*, any idea what may be the issue? I thought possibly door seal as the top of the door in the corner doesn't seem tight...but I C-clamped it shut to see if it made any difference..it didn't. Baaah! BTW it is level, and PO said they both worked when sold( didn't verify).
Help!!

An update... the frig wasn't used much in the 6 years after replacement... I fired up the propane side of the unit and left it run over night. 14 hrs total time running. This morning the frig was down to 42 degrees which is fantastic for our use. I will let it run a few more hours and this after noon check it both the frig and freezer, then switch back over to electric AC and hope all is well.
Thanks for reading and hope if you can add any input you will as we are new to travel trailers, though we did have a pop up years ago while raising our four kids.
Thanks again,
Barry & Karen

It sometimes seems to me that refers (as we call the "fridge" here) are best serviced by sorcerers.

For example, one popular service procedure involves removing the refer, and "burping" it. Burping is achieved by turning it over, one side at a time, for say 25-20 minutes per side, and then re-installing it.

I can almost hear someone chanting to themselves as they do it...

It takes our unit over night before the fridge gets down to 40 or so. The freezer always gets cold first. Therefore, as we have all learned, you need to turn it on the night before you load it.

A final (fingers crossed) update... After switching the frig back to electric and waiting the ascribed 24 hours , yes in fact it did freeze the lettuce!! The unit was on 3 (1 less than max.) so it in fact it did make it to cold and we have dialed it back to 1 to start finding the 'sweet' spot.

All is well in 110v and propane, so it's on to other discoveries as we begin our new life with our grandkids dubbed Silvadilla, (short for silver armadillo).
Thanks for the continued encouragement and expertise.
