Dometic removal

So I'm trying to remove the original from under the counter on the '62 safari. Checked w everyone and they said it was as easy as the removal of the for nuts and bolts. Well...not that easy. It seems to be sitting on a metal riser . I removed the 4 bolts and also the ones from the riser into the floor but it wornt budge! Any suggestions? I know cutting the gas line but thats not the issue yet.
