Dometic Refrigerator NOT COOLING sufficiently

Hello All,
2019 Globetrotter with Dometic RMD 8555 model fridge not cooling sufficiently.

Fridge and freezer noticeably warmer than they should be.
-Unit is level and elec power supply is checked
-no unusually "warm" food put in either and no ice build up (defrost)
-LPG mode works slightly better than electric
-situation getting worse (warmer inside)
-temp inside set to full cold
-previously was cooling just fine with temps inside trailer > 100F
-door seal checked and perhaps slightly loose.

I was told by one RV service center that this model fridge does not travel well meaning if not absolutely level, unit will not work. He believes cooling unit is failing. This not at all good!

I will take it for warranty work on 21 Sept however was trying to just gather info as this is not acceptable. Any tips, suggestions, experience or comments especially to prevent reoccurrence is welcome. Safe travels!

Too many variables to determine without messing with it. Is the element getting hot, could de a bad board. That’s prob BS about the unit not traveling well and perfectly level is never a worry. Cooling units really fail most of the time it’s a heating element or burner or board. There is no moving parts in the heating coil to fail.
Sorry for you troubles but that’s what the warranty is for. Hope they get it worked out ASAP

In the process of narrowing down the fridge problems, it seems that it is working now on LPG (fridge and freezer cooling equally well. At least it is usable and the famed cooling unit has not failed.

I believe it is totally unusable on electric. I don't want food to spoil to find out. But this is better news.
