Dometic M52 (1966 vintage) drawings sought

Greeting Gang-
My 1966 Dometic M52 is working great... too great! On propane its freezing the heck outta everything. It will not switch to the Low Flame setting.

I am seeking some drawings of the thermostat (which I have lost due to a hard drive crash years ago), to open it up and clean it out. I recently replaced some gas line and some crud may have blown in to the assembly.

Any help would be deeply appreciated!! You can email any dometic pdf to me personally at : alex@nationalpodcastingcompany.com

Thanks gang!

My M52 fridge on the 67, did the same because the capillary tube broke off at the thermostate control. I had to turn the fridge off and on as we drove to keep it from freezing everything. I got a new control and now it works fine.

Doug-

Where did you get the replacement tube? Can you advise on Part Number? A vendor? I may have this issue!

Thanks in advance-

The tube isn't replaceable, It's part of the control. You have to find a control unit that can be fitted to your fridge. The original isn't available except from an old fridge.
You then have to get the old tube out and feed the new one into the back of the freezer compartment. It wasn't hard to replace just hard to find a control that works. Most will work if you make it fit.
